GoodReads Makes User Hate Her Life

Goodreads

I remember reading some hubbub a few weeks ago over VoIP service Yoomba's supposedly spamming new users' e-mail contact lists. My wife learned of the site from PCMag's list of Top 100 Undiscovered Web Sites and joined yesterday, and by today our whole group of friends had joined up. One of them, though, got seriously burned by GoodRead's invite policy.
